Shipping policy

Any purchase will be considered an order as soon as the order is placed on our website.

For Domestic Shipping:

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days. This delivery time assumes normal working conditions and can be longer in case of unforeseen circumstances. You shall be notified in case of any changes in the delivery ETA.

All deliveries in India above Rs 1000 are free. We add a cost of Rs 75 if your preferred payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).

For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will request Identity proof of the person/s who will likely receive the parcel. Our logistics company will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.

We ship through luxury logistics services and all our shipments are insured. As soon as your order is dispatched, our team will reach out to you through WhatsApp and/or email to update you with the tracking link of the shipment. For International Shipping:

Our standard delivery time is 14-20 working days. This delivery time assumes normal working conditions and can be longer in case of unforeseen circumstances. You shall be notified in case of any changes in the delivery ETA.

We ship internationally via Aramex or SRX Priority.

Taxes & Duties:

For International Orders:

All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

For Domestic Orders:

For all domestic orders (with India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
